I was expecting this to take way longer, but it only took me about 30 minutes. I kept thinking, “Okay, where’s the hard part?” but it was actually straightforward the whole way through.

They did get back to me, so that was fine, but it took longer than I thought it would. They weren’t rude or anything like that, just, you know, kind of slow with the replies. Overall it was okay, but yeah, it could definitely be better.

I gave nicesoulfurniture.com 4 stars because, somehow, my order showed up exactly the way I picked it. Same color, same size, nothing missing, and the details actually matched what was on the website. These days that almost feels suspicious, like they’re trying to prove the system still works. Delivery was a little slower than I wanted, so I’m not saying everything was perfect, but the order accuracy was solid. I’d probably use them again, though I’ll still be watching that tracking page like it’s hiding classified information.

I’ve been using this sofa for regular daily sitting, and it’s been really comfortable overall. It’s great for relaxing, watching TV, or just hanging out without feeling stiff. The cushions are soft and cozy, though after sitting for a long time they can feel a little too soft. Still, for everyday comfort, it does the job well.

Am I the only one who feels like this chair looks way better in the photos than it does in person? It did arrive on time, so no issue there, but the quality just isn’t what I expected. The fabric feels thin, and one of the legs has a slight wobble. For the price, I thought it would feel a lot sturdier.

The box was half crushed, and the tape was already coming loose like it had a rough trip. Thankfully, nothing major was broken, but for the price, I really expected it to be packed and shipped with more care.

The wood feels really solid and overall it seems well made. The craftsmanship is good, though not exactly flawless, which I guess is asking a lot these days. A few minor finish issues here and there, but nothing that makes it unusable

The item was just, like, not what I thought I was getting at all. The photos made it look one way, but when it showed up, it looked different. The size was off, the color wasn’t right either, and yeah, I was kind of annoyed about it

Had an issue with my order. Nothing huge at first, but it just dragged on. Message after message. Waiting around. Then following up again because the replies were so slow. Someone finally did help and they got it sorted in the end, so I’ll give them credit for that. But it felt like I had to keep pushing the whole time. Not terrible. Just not smooth at all
